Individual game tickets are available at the Verizon Wireless Arena Box Office, online at the Monarchs Tickets Page, by calling the Monarchs office at (603) 626-7825 or through Ticketmaster at (603) 868-7300.
For Full Season, Half Season, Ten Game, Seven Game and Flex Packages, call the Monarchs office at (603) 626-7825.

Does My Child Need A Ticket?
|Children ages two (2) and under do not need tickets if they sit on your lap. |
When Can I Pick Up My Tickets At Will Call?
|Tickets are available to be picked up at Will Call three hours before the start of the game. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets. |
I Have Silver Level Tickets, Can I Move Down To The Gold Level?
|Tickets can be upgraded from the Silver Level to the Gold Level and the price difference will be paid in full at the time of the upgrade. Prior to the game, call the Monarchs at (603) 626-7825 and ask for an Account Executive to upgrade your seats. During a game, bring your tickets to the Customer Care booth behind section 105 to upgrade your seats. |
What Is Your Policy On Handicapped/Accessible Seating?
|The Verizon Wireless Arena has a number of accessible seating options following ADA guidelines. The Monarchs try to seat all parties together; however it may not be possible to seat a large group requiring accessible seating together. If you need to reserve accessible seating prior to a game, call the Monarchs office at (603) 626-7825. If you need to be relocated to accessible seating during a game, stop by the Customer Care booth behind section 105. |
Where Are The Box Office & Will Call & What Are The Hours?

Can I Bring Food/Drinks Into The Arena?
|Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the Verizon Wireless Arena. |
Can I Bring A Camera To The Game?
|Cameras are allowed at all Monarchs games; however, flash photography is prohibited during play. Video cameras are ONLY allowed for youth hockey, both pre-game and intermission. The unauthorized sale and/or distribution of photos and videos are strictly prohibited. |
When Are The Concession Stands Open?
|The Verizon Wireless Arena concession stands open one hour prior to the start of the game and close at the beginning of the third period. |
How Can I Get A Special Message On The Video Board?
|A birthday, anniversary or special welcome can be put on the video board for a $25 donation to the Monarchs Care Foundation. Please call the Monarchs at (603) 626-7825 at least 48 hours prior to the game to process this request. |
Can I Get A Copy Of Any Video Footage That Is On The Video Board?
|All Monarchs videos and footage are copyrighted materials and are not available for distribution. There are a number of select videos on the Multimedia page. |
